    Fairly clean property with well-trained stuff in all areas. Superior room with a nonfunctioning ac. Perfect and exceptionally nice location in terms of night time entertainment, in the really quiet area. Amazing and delightful food for breakfast. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

    A Family Getaway Packed with Fun!

    We had a blast , enjoying the beautiful pool areas alongside engaging animation activities. Especially at the beach snack shacks offering fresh crepes and pizzas. Be prepared for slippery tiles around the kids pool, a matting solution could enhance safety. Highly recommend indulging in the diverse all-inclusive food options!

    a la carte restaurant on the premises, well-organised and impeccably clean room with good view, a spacious living space. variety of goodies for breakfast. the staff were pretty friendly and helped with free parking. location right by an amazing reef, egypt on numerous occasions and the jaz lamaya.

    Everything was amazing. The aquapark provided thrilling fun for the family. We enjoyed delicious meals prepared by Chef Hosney. Cozy rooms with fine sea views. The animation team kept us entertained throughout our visit 🌊

    A Family vacation here was enjoyable, especially thanks to the spacious and clean room we had, which was perfect for our needs. The pool bar staff were exceptional, providing great service, and we appreciated how nice the restaurant staff were with our kids, particularly Chef Hamada who was very accommodating. The variety of food options was impressive, but some dishes could have been better.

    The Superior Family Twin Room was spacious and had a nice garden view. The housekeeping did a great job, and the room was always clean. The furniture felt a bit dated, though. The Wi-Fi in the room was inconsistent, frustrating at times. But overall, it was comfortable for our stay.

    The food selection is excellent with options for everyone. The staff delivers attentive service. The proximity to the reef offers amazing views and easy access to snorkeling adventures. I particularly enjoyed waking up to the fine sea view from my room.

    The room had some maintenance issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.
